During one of our golf gatherings — where conversations often flow as freely as the swings — Mateja invited me to join her inspiring workshops. And so, we combined our strengths.

This evening is devoted to exploring what it truly means to live longer — not merely in years, but in energy, clarity, and calm. We’ll look at the five pillars of longevity:

• Sleep – as the foundation of regeneration and cellular renewal.
