General
The General Terms and Conditions and Instructions for Travel are an integral part of the contract or voucher concluded between Longevity Travel, a brand of the company ChatTrips d.o.o., and the traveler registering for a specific travel package. Longevity Travel (hereinafter: the Agency) is a specialized travel agency selling its own packages, where it acts as the travel organizer, as well as packages from other travel organizers, where it acts as an authorized sales agent for their packages.
The General Terms and Conditions apply to travel packages organized by the Agency.
If specific operating conditions or a particular program stipulate otherwise regarding any point of these General Terms and Conditions and Instructions, the statements or provisions set out in the program shall apply.
When selling travel packages via telephone or the internet, it is understood that the traveler has accepted the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions at the time of ordering the travel package. The traveler can acquaint themselves with the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions and Instructions on the Agency's website.
The client or traveler is any person who has made a valid reservation or completed a purchase and payment for a travel program or other service of the Agency.
For trips organized by other travel organizers and for travel services provided by other providers, their general terms and conditions apply, which are also evident from their price lists or programs. The name of the responsible organizer is stated on the contract/registration form or on the travel confirmation.
Description of Offer and Prices
Object descriptions are summarized from websites/brochures/information provided by partners as of October 1, 2025. The validity of the offer and the current price are evident upon each verification of the selected travel date.
The final price thus obtained depends on the number and age of persons, the date and length of stay, room type, price of air transport, current availability, etc., and may differ from the published price. It can be either lower or higher, or the offer may no longer be available.
Registration and Price List
The traveler can register for a travel program via the website or by telephone.
For vacation services, the Agency charges the client reservation costs and costs for offer preparation in the amount of €25; for custom-made travel packages (creation of an individual travel program, reservation of ferry tickets, reservations outside the regular offer) in the amount of €25 - €50; changes to an already confirmed reservation / name change €25; administrative costs for package cancellation €50.
Upon registration for the trip, the traveler and the Agency conclude a contract, which is also a confirmation of the reservation and contains data on the traveler's chosen travel program or refers to the package program where these data are stated. With the contract, the Agency undertakes to provide the traveler with the service that constitutes the travel program, and the buyer undertakes to pay the organizer the total, agreed price for this.
If the traveler does not provide correct data upon registration, they are responsible for all costs or consequences that may arise from this. The traveler's registration is binding. They may withdraw from it only in accordance with the provisions on the traveler's cancellation of the trip.
A registration is considered binding if submitted in written form containing the name and surname of the traveler and other participants, credit card number or identification of another payment instrument, payment of the registration fee or part thereof, payment of registration costs, or an implied act indicating that the traveler has submitted a binding registration. A registration containing any of the stated data is also considered a binding registration.
The contract becomes valid when the contract is signed or written confirmation is given, and thereby everything stated in the General Terms and Conditions or the conditions of the responsible organizer becomes a legal obligation for both the traveler and the organizer.
The contract between the traveler and the Agency is concluded on the day of the Agency's written confirmation.
Service
Unless otherwise specified in the program, hotel and catering services stated in the program, as well as travel organization, are included in the program price. Unless otherwise stated, the prices of an individual travel program apply per person, for accommodation in a double room.
Each offer is tailored to the needs and wishes of the individual client. Only those services explicitly stated in the confirmed offer or contract are included.
Special Services
Special services are those services that are not included in the program price or for which surcharges (tourist taxes) are foreseen in the program; therefore, unless otherwise specified, the traveler pays for them separately.
Payment
A reservation is considered confirmed when the contract is signed or written confirmation is given.
The day of payment is considered the day the traveler makes the payment to the Agency.
Upon confirmation, a down payment of 30% of the total value or as stated in the travel program is required. The remainder must be settled no later than 8 days before the start of the trip or as stated in the program. If the traveler does not pay the remaining part of the package price within the foreseen period, it is considered that they have cancelled the package. In this case, the provisions on cancellation from the Agency's General Terms and Conditions apply.
Prices and Changes
Prices are expressed in Euros (EUR) and include all services stated in the confirmed offer. Longevity Travel reserves the right to change prices due to changes in exchange rates, transport costs, taxes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be informed of changes in a timely manner.
The Agency must inform the traveler of any potential change in the travel price at least 20 days before departure. If the increase in the agreed price exceeds 8%, the traveler has the right to terminate the contract in accordance with Slovenian legislation without having to pay for damages. In this case, the Agency refunds the paid amount of the package but does not refund the costs of visas and similar.
Travel Documents
The traveler registering for a trip must have a valid appropriate document with which they can enter an individual country. If individual countries condition entry upon a certain period of document validity before the expiration date on the day of entry, the traveler is solely responsible for these provisions. The Agency is not responsible for any inconvenience or interruption of the traveler's journey. The traveler is obliged to obtain documents and visas for the countries to which they act travelling prior to the trip.
If the traveler does not fulfill this obligation, the Agency acts according to the provisions of the traveler's cancellation of the trip.
Agency mediation in obtaining a visa is paid separately.
Cancellation by the Client
The traveler has the right to cancel the trip at the registration point where they registered, and this must be done in writing, otherwise the trip cancellation will not be considered. In the event that the traveler cancels the package, the Agency has the right to reimbursement of costs due to trip cancellation. If the traveler cancels the package, they are obliged to reimburse the Agency for registration costs in the amount of €25 per contract. If the traveler terminates the trip at their own request, they have no right to reimbursement of costs upon return.
Unless otherwise stated in the travel program, the following cancellation costs apply in the event of cancellation by the client:
- up to 30 days before the day of commencement of service: 20%
- 29–22 days before the day of commencement of service: 40%
- 21–15 days before the day of commencement of service: 50%
- 14–8 days before the day of commencement of service: 70%
- 7 days up to and including the day of departure or commencement of service: 100%
Cancellation scale when the Agency is not the organizer of the package, at least the following conditions apply when determining the amount of costs due to trip cancellation:
- up to 60 days: 30%
- 59–35 days before the day of commencement of service: 50%
- 34 days up to and including the day of departure or commencement of service: 100%
- For airline tickets, the cancellation conditions of the selected airline apply.
Airline Tickets
The Agency acts as an intermediary in flight reservations. The flight operator is exclusively responsible for its execution.
Reservation and change conditions:
- The ticket is confirmed upon payment.
- Name/date/route changes are managed by the airline and may include additional costs.
- Refunds in case of delays or cancellations depend on the policy of the selected airline.
- We recommend taking out insurance for flight cancellation and delay.
- The Agency assumes no responsibility for costs not reimbursed by the carrier.
When organizing trips, holidays, and travel arrangements involving air transport, the Tour Operator may act as an intermediary, ordering party, or charterer of such transport. However, in all cases, due to internationally applicable conventions and resolutions, it is the air carrier that determines the conditions of carriage. Consequently, the Tour Operator has no influence over the actual final price of such transport, which may subsequently change—despite a signed contract—due to external factors (fuel prices, airport taxes and fees, emission costs, and other additional costs declared by the carrier).
The Tour Operator (ChatTrips d.o.o.) reserves the right to adjust the price of trips, holidays, and travel arrangements conducted via chartered air transport (charter flights) in accordance with the contractual conditions valid at the time the actual trip, holiday, or travel arrangement takes place.
The Tour Operator will appropriately notify the passenger of any potential price change (decrease or increase), provided this falls within the legally prescribed allowed deviations in the final price of the arrangement. The passenger has the right to cancel the booking if the price increase exceeds 8% of the total arrangement price.
Cancellation by the Organizer
The Agency reserves the right to cancel the trip due to force majeure, insufficient number of registrations, or other objective reasons. In this case, the entire payment amount is refunded to the client – without interest. The traveler has no right to reimbursement of visa costs.
Luggage
The Agency is not responsible for luggage transport and therefore is not liable for damaged, destroyed, or lost luggage, nor for the theft of luggage and other valuables in accommodation facilities. The traveler addresses the report of lost or damaged luggage directly to the carrier, hotel, or other direct service provider.
Complaints
The traveler must point out irregularities or deficiencies on the spot, directly to the service provider, representative, or authorized agency. If, judging by the content, the complaint could have been resolved on the spot (for example, lack of room cleanliness, equipment, room position...), but the traveler did not point out the error on the spot and did not inform the above-mentioned persons of the irregularity, it is considered that the traveler agreed with the service performed in such a way and thereby lost the right to file later complaints with a demand for a price reduction or payment of damages.
Any complaints must be submitted in writing within the statutory deadline to the address: ChatTrips d.o.o., Vojkova cesta 63, 1000 Ljubljana. The complaint must be substantiated, so the traveler should attach appropriate evidence and an appropriate confirmation from the hotelier. The amount of compensation is in any case limited by the amount of the paid package.
If the traveler misses the specified deadline for filing, the Agency will not consider it. The Agency undertakes to handle all complaints seriously and within a reasonable time.
Insurance
We recommend the following types of insurance:
trip cancellation insurance (e.g., due to illness, injury, or urgent family reasons), which amounts to approx. 3-4% of the travel value. Regardless of the paid cancellation fee, the Agency has the right to reimbursement of administrative costs in the event of the traveler's cancellation of the trip.
- international health insurance with assistance,
- insurance for luggage, delays, and flight cancellations.
- Insurances are not included in the price unless explicitly stated in the offer. The Agency can arrange appropriate insurance at the client's request.
Organizer's Liability
In the event of insolvency, the Agency, as the organizer, in accordance with legislation and the Consumer Protection Act, provides you with basic information regarding the valid Guarantee Letter for insuring liquidity problems of travel organizers and companies facilitating linked travel arrangements:

Customs and Foreign Exchange Regulations
The traveler is obliged to respect the customs and foreign exchange regulations of the Republic of Slovenia as well as the countries to which they travel. If the traveler cannot travel due to non-compliance, they bear all consequences and costs arising in connection with this.
Protection of Personal Data
The Agency collects and processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR Regulation (EU 2016/679) and valid Slovenian legislation. The following data are processed:
- basic personal data (name, address, contact),
- data related to the trip (passport number, dietary or health specifics),
- data related to the use of Longevity Copilot and user support.
Purpose of processing:
- reservations and execution of contractual obligations,
- personalized experience and recommendations,
- post-trip support and communication (based on consent).
Data are securely stored and accessible only to authorized persons. The client may at any time request access, correction, deletion, or transfer of their data.
Jurisdiction
The court in Ljubljana, Slovenia, is competent for all legal disputes.
