Consultations with Lead Consultant upon arrival, ongoing progress checks, debrief prior to departure, and post-stay follow-up consultation

8 hours of consultations including Pre-Stay Diagnostics, Ayurveda, Emotional Healing, Physiotherapy, Interim Assessments, Pre-Departure Briefing, and Post-Stay Follow-Up
11 hours of therapies including Ayurveda, International, Oriental, and Emotional Healing treatments
2 hours of personal sessions such as Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation
Scheduled Spa Lifestyle and Wellness activities (group sessions)
